Permalink thefluffingtonpost: Local Dog Takes Fitness Seriously Truco, a Labrador Retriever from Montreal, Canada, is serious about staying in shape.  ”He jogs at least three to four miles per day,” said Coleen Morgenstern, a close friend to the pup.   According to Morgenstern, Truco has recently been adding a series of windsprints as a warm up to his afternoon jog and get his heart rate up. “Rain or shine he’s out there,” said fellow jogger Paul Ludlow.  ”Once he straps on those headphones, he’s in the zone… he’ll go for an hour before he even breaks a sweat.” Via Truco_Truco.
